Maintenance Requests
All tenant service request must be reported to the Tenant Services Coordinator via the work order system at www.portal.risebuildings.com. First Stamford Place Property Management staff are available to assist you with all of your maintenance requests including – but not limited to – painting, re-carpeting, minor furniture moves, or any other miscellaneous repairs. If you require any of these services, please contact the, Tenant Services Coordinator at 203-353-4011.
There may be a fee for the service requested, subject to your lease.
