Maintenance Requests
All tenant service request must be reported to the Tenant Services Coordinator via the ESRT+ work order system at www.portal.risebuildings.com. First Stamford Place Property Management staff are available to assist you with all of your maintenance requests including – but not limited to – painting, re-carpeting, minor furniture moves, or any other miscellaneous repairs. If you require any of these services, please contact the, Tenant Services Coordinator at 203-353-4011.
There may be a fee for the service requested, subject to your lease.
